Has a degree in Communication Sciences and a Master’s degree in Social Economy, having completed her master’s thesis on social innovation and training in Volunteer Management. Currently a collaborator and trainer of Pista Mágica at a local, national and international level. Has been a volunteer since 16 and has worked with children, young people, elderly, inmates and homeless people. Already collaborated as an evaluator for social projects in the Transversal Area for Social Economy of the Catholic University of Porto.
Frequented university as a Philosophy student and soon began volunteering at the attended college. Later, volunteered in various third sector organizations and with different target groups (homeless, immigrants, prostitutes, children, among others). Businesswoman by profession, loves reading in her free time. Currently holds the position of Treasurer of Pista Mágica, of which is one of the founders.
Graduated in Philosophy, specializing in Philosophy of Education and master in Strategy and Competitiveness of Social Organizations, has a master in Social Economy. Since 1996, has volunteered in youth and sports associations, but it was in the Portuguese Red Cross in 2004 that he fell in love with volunteering. Currently, works as a volunteer trainer, where he highlights the training of volunteers for Guimarães, the European City of Sport (2013), and volunteer management consultant. He is also dedicated to training in innovation and social entrepreneurship and consulting in the area of Social Responsibility of Organizations.
Graduated in Communication Sciences, dedicated the first years of her career to journalism and communication. The passion for people led her to the training and management of Large Clients in the private sector. Volunteering has been a constant throughout her time and today it is a pillar in her work as coordinator of Training at AERLIS, trainer and consultant in projects of Social Responsibility and Volunteering. Currently, she is the Regional Voice Lead of Impact 2030 for Portugal.
Graduated in Pre-school Education, with a master’s degree in Psychopathology of Communication and Language and a specialty in Diagnosis and Treatment of Speech and Voice Language Changes; Post-graduation in Special Education with Early Intervention in Childhood.
Started her career as a volunteer, integrating the Pista Mágica team, where currently promotes and develops activities adapted to different age groups (from children to youngsters) in public and private institutions.
Graduated in Nursing, specializing in Mental Health and Psychiatry and with a master’s degree in Humanitarian Action, Cooperation and Development. Began her volunteer work with persons with mental illness/disability in 2002. Was a member of the International Youth Coordination team of the Juventude Hospitaleira (2007-2010). Developed humanitarian work as a volunteer in Timor-Leste and Cape Verde.
Graduated in Human Resources Management (ISLA-Lisboa), Master in Social and Solidarity Economics (ISCTE-IUL) with a thesis in Lifelong Learning Systems, volunteer and coordinator of teams of volunteers at ‘Banco Alimentar’, ‘Acreditar’, ‘Ajuda de Mãe’ and ‘Entrajuda’, consultant in the Emplyment field of sabiasque.pt, evaluator of the Erasmus + Program, trainer and consultant of Pista Mágica – Escola de Voluntariado for the business sector and for non-profit organizations.
Graduated in Anthropology and Master in Humanitarian Action, Cooperation and Development. He has developed international volunteer work and skills in countries such as USA, Mozambique, Timor-Leste and Togo, in addition to volunteer work developed nationwide since the age of 14. Worked with NGOs, the United Nations and the European Union.
As a trainer and teacher, she reached thousands of volunteers, dozens of students and professionals.
She has published several manuals and 3 books: ‘Sobreviver em Missão’ (2009), ‘Diário de Maio Luz. Pensamentos em Missão’ (2010) and ‘Todos temos asas, mas apenas os voluntários sabem voar’ (2011).
